Russell Spillers
Business Development
Russell is our implementer. He runs Operations and Business Development. He has been key in the development and forward momentum of the Company through implementation and oversight of all systems and processes. Russell was honorably discharged after having served 5 years in the U.S. Navy during which time he completed 2 tours in the Persian Gulf in support of the Iraq Campaign and was awarded numerous medals. During the summer you might catch him with his Family relaxing on a tropical beach somewhere or out on his sailboat. He also is a lifelong learner and loves to educate himself in areas that are most impactful to his success and happiness.
Kacee Jackson
Managing Member
Kacee is the primary visionary. He has been in the Real Estate investing business for 10 years in Austin and has done deals all over Texas. In the last few years, he has participated in hundreds of Real Estate deals where he was the primary investor. In 2018, he flipped over 60 properties. He has done mostly fix and flips, condo conversions on multifamily properties, buying and flipping properties with entitlements, and some new construction. In the last 24 months, he sold all of my single and multi family rentals, short-term vacatoin rentals, all in an effort to focus on Land.
He owns a portfolio of single family and land notes, office space, and several land developments.
Although his money was created with Real Estate, he did it by being a marketing company. He considers himself a marketing expert at finding motivated sellers and buyers. Instituting a marketing campaign on Monday to generate hundreds of calls from motivated sellers and buyers is a weekly thing in his company. Whether online, direct mail, signs, or word of mouth, he would challenge any Real Estate investor to beat my strategies dollar for dollar.
In his free time, he likes to build things. He enjoys travelling, photography, snow skiing, and supporting children’s charitable causes.
Brian Jones
Acquisitions and Capital Markets
Brian plays a pivotal role within the leadership team in the identification of optimal acquisition targets through creative and sophisticated financial and market analyses. In addition, he drives capitalization efforts collaborating closely with industry leading debt providers and establishing during strategic alliances with diverse sources of equity capital nationwide.
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Brian is a seasoned Real Estate Investment Professional with over 15 years of experience and has participated in over 1,200 residential and commercial transactions with a value in excess of $200 million. He proudly holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University, and is a licensed real estate broker in 12 different states across the U.S. Beyond his professional achievements, Brian's diverse interests include fitness, martial arts, wakeboarding, and salsa dancing, reflecting a well-rounded individual with a passion for both business and life.
Christle Hudgins
Regional Manager
Christle oversees the company's RV Park portfolio and communicates with the park managers to give the best assessment of the park to ensure that each park operates smoothly. She's been in property management for over 15 years, and travels over 4,000 miles a month to supervise, audit, and inspect all the work being done at each park. She has firm but fair management style. Christle graduated from University of Oklahoma in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in business. In Christle's personal time, she loves going to the beach, going on adventures with her husband, and driving her Jeep.
David Moriarty
Acquisitions and Business Operations
David oversees acquisitions and operations of our RV Park portfolio. David communicates with owners of different asset classes such as RV & MH parks, Self-Storage Facilities, and land. He also helps develop win-win solutions for sellers, and our company. David has a wife and has served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 2017-2022. He graduated from Liberty University obtaining his bachelor’s degree in business in May of 2021. In his free time, David does just about anything from camping and hiking to watching movies with his wife. Everyday life, David seeks to better his faith, health, and his relationships.
Brad Denkhaus
Acquisitions and Subdivision Coordinator
Brad is in charge of acquisitions and land subdividing. Brad communicates with land sellers and develops win-win solutions for sellers, lenders, and our company. He also coordinates with engineers, surveyors, and the county to see projects through completion. Brad has a wife and 3 beautiful daughters. In his free time Brad does just about anything outdoors and active like camping, mountain biking, and biking.
Patrick Mullins
Land Sales
Patrick has a degree in entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. Patrick previously owned a children’s clothing manufacturing company with over 2,000 retail customers. Patrick has a loving wife and a daughter. In his free time, Patrick loves to cook and watch old comedies.
Janet Spillers
Office Manager, Marketing Manager, and Spanish Sales
Janet Spillers is the marketing specialist and office manager, and really the glue that holds the day-to-day together. Among many tasks, she is responsible for all marketing campaigns and assists with all Spanish leads. Janet has an architecture degree, multiple credit hours from Austin Community College, and maintains a notary seal. Janet used to work as an underwriter in a car refinancing company before coming to work with the company. Outside of business, Janet enjoys adventures such as spontaneous road trips, painting, puzzles, and above all else being a Mother to her beautiful Sons Eric and David.
Ed Legaspi
Transaction Coordinator
Ed is one of the remote staff employees in the company. Ed handles transactions during purchase and sales and makes sure that all necessary documents, communications, and emails are delivered to the appropriate people. He maintains our website, price lists, and other time-consuming tasks. Ed is a graduate of computer science. Before he entered the company, he used to be a supervisor in a BPO company for a financial account that handles student loans. During off hours, Ed loves to watch Movies, and TV series or just play with his dogs.
